A time tracker that is also an HR system
Most teams evaluating Monicrew are already paying for a tracker and an HR tool, and reconciling the two by hand. This is the case for replacing both with one workspace — and the honest limits of that argument.
Six reasons teams move to Monicrew
Predictable per-seat pricing
Three bands from $3.00 to $4.66 per user per month on annual billing. No per-feature upsell for attendance or leave, and no surprise minimum seat counts.
HRMS is not an add-on
Most trackers stop at hours. Monicrew includes attendance, shifts and leave from the entry plan, so you are not paying for and reconciling two systems.
Monitoring you can dial down
Screenshots, URL capture and activity scoring can each be disabled per team or per person. Rollouts go better when people can see the switch.
Scores you can explain
Every productivity number drills down to the sessions behind it. Managers can answer "where did this come from?" without opening a support ticket.
Every platform your team uses
Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS and Chromebook agents, plus a browser dashboard. Mixed-fleet teams are the normal case, not an exception.
Support that answers
24/7 human support on every plan, including live chat. Rollout questions do not wait for a business day in another time zone.

Questions about moving across
Can we import our existing time data?
Yes. Timesheet history can be imported from CSV, which is the export format every major tracker supports. Our team will map the columns with you during onboarding so historical reporting stays continuous.
How long does switching take?
Most teams are fully migrated within a fortnight. Agents install in about two minutes per person, and the configuration work — classifying apps, setting idle thresholds, defining roles — usually takes a single afternoon.
What happens to our historical reports?
Export them from your current tool before you cancel, and import the timesheet data into Monicrew. Activity-level detail from another vendor generally cannot be migrated, so keep a copy of anything you may need for a billing dispute.
Do we have to use every module?
No, and most teams do not. Screenshots, URL capture and productivity scoring are each independently switchable per team or per person. Plenty of customers run Monicrew with screenshots off entirely.
Is there a discount for switching?
Talk to our team. Where you have unused time remaining on another vendor’s annual plan, we will usually work with you on the overlap.
Try Monicrew alongside your current tool
